Susana Enes, Founding Partner of Enes | Cabral talks about the challenges and constraints she faced while setting up the firm, about women’s contribution in modern business advocacy and how female entrepreneurship is increasingly gaining expression in Portugal.

For the firm’s partner there is no doubt that Portugal is on the right path when it comes to equal rights.

Susana Enes argues that “in order to evolve, [...], it is necessary to educate the new generations with a view to an effective change of mentality, so that women can free themselves from the cultural stigma that was instilled in them during years of that choosing a career implies abandoning family responsibilities. That is simply not true."
Susana even adds that “it is only necessary to find a balance and to live guilt-free of wanting to play a different, more active role in society than the one assumed by past generations.
